About Us

On May 2nd 2000, the day his daughter Madison was born, Andy Hitch created Madison Amps. Now over 20 years into designing and building speakers and amplifiers Madison Amps is taking hold in the industry. Located in the Mountains of Colorado, secluded from city life, the people at Madison spend their days building everything from scratch with pride and passion.

"We are not in this because we found a way to make a buck" says Andy Hitch. "We do this because it IS who we are. We are ALL musicians here, music and playing in bands is our life. We do this because it is what we love and we are good at what we do."

Andy does a little bit of everything but most of the time you'll find him in the shop cutting cabs or designing and doing tech work.

Derek Malone

Derek works primarily in the wood shop putting cabinets together and doing the Tolex, spray or carpet covering.

Ron Corrillo

Hard at it building a Divinity Amp

Ron builds amps, tests them, does tech work and does most of the finish work on all Madison speaker cabinets.
